Where do I begin?
I purchased this1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision (PAV) just a bit over two years ago and as in everything I own I just have to customize. Past projects has put me in a number of magazines.
Powered by 454 Chevy and ridged Chevy Chassis. This was the first thing I was taught by an RV manufacture, "Make sure you get an RV with a stiff chassis" I understood what he meant but not until parking besides a $400k Coach 1.5 years later did I really know what not having a stiff chassis would in tale.
The owner of this very expensive RV had such problems that never ended. All the outside doors on his coach would bind to each other and he would have to start on one end break them loose from each other one by one and that just where his problems began. Really felt for the guy. His wife told me no less than 10 times she wanted to burn it to the ground.
My RV has 49,700 miles on her as of this ad and she runs great with zero problems of any kind. As you can see I completely redid the artwork on the outside and everyone who sees her thinks it is a brand new coach.
I have just about upgraded and or replaced most things on her starting with two new A/C with larger BTU's than what it came with; it will freeze you out and one of the A/C units also generates heat. Of course the unit is also gas heated.
I had professionals in the RV business switch the 35amp wiring system to 50 amp. I have the newest high tech on board surge protector system that will not allow faulty on site wiring to damage your electrical system.
I had a new inverter installed. I had a professional reupholster redo all the interior furniture including all the window casings. New carpet.
I had the kitchen tiled. Corrian kitchen counter, Gas oven, Microwave/Broiler/roaster oven. Walk around queen bed in master bedroom. Separate shower toilet/ Bathroom Vanity. Lots of drawers and closet in bedroom and endless drawers and cabinets through out the RV. The unit has a washer/drier and two pantries. Rear view camera. Flat screen TV/DVD in front and a TV/DVD in the bedroom. Interior sound system in front separate sound system in bedroom and a 3rd sound system outside.
Honestly there is more than I can mention and you are willing to read.
Also this site allows so few photos so if you would like photos of the interior just let me know and I will send them to you.
So, if you want an RV with all the convenients of a new unit without breaking the bank.
This really is an incredible RV for the price. I will email you interior photos once I take some and answer any questions you may have.
Serious inquiries only please.
