Optical/Front Desk/Receptionist/Sales in Oviedo, Florida

Duties will include: Answering multi phone lines, scheduling patients for appointments, taking detailed messages, greeting patients, collecting payments, faxing, data entry, verifying insurance and eligibility, filing paperwork, and other clerical duties assigned by office manager.
Candidate must have one year experience in the optical industry such as sales, dispensing, fitting and adjusting glasses. Our office uses Compulink software, experienced in this software or familiar with medical software would be helpful. Knowledge with word and excel is as plus.

We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills who is dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, self motivated, and has a pleasant attitude. Bilingual is a plus. Must be wiling to work on Saturdays.
